S'mores Espresso Martini
This sweet twist on the classic espresso martini brings all the cozy campfire vibes to your holiday season. The creamy milk chocolate notes of our Roadtrip Espresso pair beautifully with the toasted marshmallow flavor, while the graham cracker rim adds a delightful crunch. A perfect choice for a decadent and indulgent boozy treat!

Ingredients
- 1-½ oz. vodka
- 2 oz. brewed Roadtrip Espresso
- ½ oz. coffee liqueur
- ½ oz. toasted marshmallow syrup (such as Torani)
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
- Ice
- 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff (optional)
- 1 oz. block of chocolate
Tools:- Handheld kitchen torch
- Vegetable peeler

Directions
1. Add the chocolate syrup to a shallow plate and set aside. Add the graham cracker crumbs to another shallow plate and set aside.
2. Dip the rim of a coupe glass into the chocolate syrup and then dip the rim of the glass into the graham cracker crumbs.
3. In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, toasted marshmallow syrup and espresso. Cover and shake vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture into the glass and top with marshmallow fluff. Toast with marshmallow fluff with a kitchen torch.
5. Using a vegetable peeler, peel along the side of a block of chocolate to create chocolate shavings and sprinkle over the cocktail. Serve and enjoy!
