At Samson's Daughter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy outlined below:

Returns and Exchanges

Coffee Returns

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at hello@samsonsdaughter.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Merchandise (Print-on-Demand) Policy

All merchandise items are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on merchandise purchases.

Please review sizing, colours, and product details carefully before placing your order.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor variations in print placement, colour, or garment feel

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@samsonsdaughter.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll work with our fulfilment partner to review the issue and arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit (gift card) where applicable.

Store Credit

In certain situations, we may offer store credit in the form of a Samson’s Daughter gift card instead of a refund. Store credit may be issued for eligible order concerns or customer satisfaction resolutions at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Roasted coffee products
  • Merchandise (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional, discounted, or final sale items

Shipping Fees

Refunds apply to the cost of the product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our end.
