Thank you for choosing Samson's Daughter for your coffee needs. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience:

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Free Shipping (Canada Only)
Orders of $40+ qualify for free standard shipping within Canada only. Free shipping does not apply to international merchandise orders.

Please note that coffee and merchandise may be fulfilled and shipped separately, which means you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries.

Coffee Orders

Coffee orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

We primarily ship coffee using Canada Post Expedited Parcel across Canada. However, to ensure the best delivery times and pricing, we may also use FedEx or UPS at our discretion.

Once fulfilled, most coffee orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and seasonal carrier volume.

Merchandise Orders

Merchandise items are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, merchandise orders require additional processing time.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production, plus shipping time. Delivery estimates may vary depending on product type, destination, seasonal demand, and carrier delays.

Merchandise items may ship separately from coffee orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the applicable shipping carrier.

Please note: While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, shipping timelines are estimates only. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delays caused by weather, customs, high parcel volume, or other logistical factors are outside of our control.

Shipping Restrictions

Coffee Orders

At this time, coffee products are available for shipping within Canada only.

Merchandise Orders

Our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, allowing us to ship to select international destinations.

International shipping availability and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a lost, damaged, or incorrect order, please contact us at hello@samsonsdaughter.com as soon as possible.

For damaged or incorrect merchandise orders, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Shipping Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@samsonsdaughter.com as soon as possible.

For coffee orders, we will do our best to accommodate changes before shipment.

For merchandise orders, changes may not be possible once production has started due to the made-to-order nature of the products.
