Hi, I’m Sanah, founder and CEO of Samson's Daughter.
I never thought of myself as a coffee person until I spent my early 20s working at a coffee shop, sipping espresso shots and growing more curious about the world of coffee. A few years later, I moved into a tiny studio apartment where I immersed myself in baking and cooking, spending countless hours flipping through cookbooks, watching chefs on YouTube, and experimenting in my kitchen. This journey led to an interest in food photography and blogging, but ultimately, my passion for coffee resurfaced.
Now, I’m merging coffee with the culinary world. I believe coffee is more than just a drink; it’s as much an ingredient as any other in your kitchen, and I’m here to show you just how creative you can be with it.
Inspired by my late father, Samson, our brand is a tribute to his love for food, family, and community. Each roast is thoughtfully designed and named to share stories and memories drawn from his passions and my own cherished moments.
Whether you're brewing a fresh cup in the morning or incorporating coffee into a recipe, my hope is that with every sip or savour, you'll create beautiful memories of your own.
