Caramel Apple Cold Brew White Russian

Ingredients
Caramel Sauce
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
Cocktail
- 2 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. apple juice
- 3 oz. Angler cold brew
- 2 oz. heavy cream
- Ice cubes
- Apple slices for garnish

Directions
For the caramel sauce
1. In a medium saucepan, add sugar and cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until the sugar forms into clumps and eventually turns into a dark amber colour. Watch the pan carefully as the sugar can burn quickly.
2. Once the sugar is melted and turns into a dark amber colour, very carefully add the butter. The caramel will bubble rapidly at this point, so be careful and stir constantly.
3. Once the butter has completely melted, continue stirring constantly and slowly pour in the heavy cream. After the cream has been added, stop stirring and return to the heat and allow to boil for about 1 minute.
4. Remove from the heat, the caramel will thicken as it cools.
For the cocktail
1. Pour some of the caramel into a shallow bowl. Rim two rocks glasses by dipping the glasses upside down into caramel sauce. Continue to hold upside down to allow any excess to run off.
2. Add ice cubes to the glasses.
3. Pour in the vodka, apple juice, and cold brew. Top with heavy cream and garnish with an apple slice to serve.
