Blood Orange Cold Brew Negroni

This holiday, elevate your Negroni with cold brew concentrate made from our Angler light roast and a squeeze of fresh blood orange. The coffee’s subtle bitterness balances beautifully with sweet vermouth, citrusy Campari, and the floral notes of blood orange. It’s the perfect cocktail to celebrate citrus season.

  • Ingredients

    • 1 ounce gin 
    • 1 ounce sweet vermouth 
    • 1 ounce Campari
    • ½ ounce Angler cold brew concentrate
    • 1 wedge blood orange
    • Blood orange citrus peel (for garnish)

  • Directions

    1. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add gin, vermouth and Campari, followed by cold brew concentrate.

    2. Squeeze in fresh blood orange juice, roughly ½ ounce. Use a long bar spoon to stir and combine.

    3. For an added bitter note, rub the citrus peel around the rim of the glass. Squeeze and twist the peel over the cocktail to release its oils, then drop it in to garnish and enjoy!
